A Love Situation

Tanner still loves Mary and Betty. The double relationship has gone on for almost a year and he knows he can't keep it up much longer until one finds out about the other. A month ago he planned that on Valentine's Day he is going to break one heart and make the other very happy. He just hasn't decided which one it's going to be.
The morning of Valentine's Day he puts on his nice navy blue Abercrombie&Fitch shirt that Mary bought him for his birthday. He grabs his favorite pair of faded blue jeans and the new Nikes he got from Betty the same birthday. He has to look his best he thought, as he sprayed on his cologne. Although Tanner wouldn't even have to try to get all the ladies. He's captain of both the football and basketball team and he's student body president, what girl wouldn't want him. He takes a quick glance in the mirror and smooths his shaggy blond hair out. "Who am I  kidding, I always look good." He says with that killer crooked smile that makes all the hearts sink. He grabs his backpack and his Oakley sunglasses that cover up his bright blue eyes and hop into his range rover. When he pulls up to school he sees Betty leaning against her car and laughing with her friends. She is wearing a Jean mini skirt and pink heels with a tight low top pink shirt. Her hair is a golden river that flows right to her lower back. "God she is so beautiful he thinks to himself as he makes his way to where she is standing. "Hey babe" Betty chirps as she gives him a hug and kisses him lightly on the cheek. "Hey beautiful, how are things going?"
"Well, I was just wondering what you were planning for tonight. You didn't forget it was Valentine's Day today, did you?"
"Oh no I got everything planned out I will call you tonight at 6."
"Well, all right but don't forget." Betty said with an unsure look on her face.
The bell rang and he ran to P.E. class before he said anymore. He was sure at that moment that it was going to be Betty. After seeing her in the parking lot nothing could really change his mind, well until he saw Mary turn the corner. 
Mary was wearing skinny jeans and a white T-shirt that had big red lips on it. Her hair was curly and red, matching the lips on her shirt. She always looked so good. When she gave Him a hug He took in her rosy perfume and kissed her on the cheek just as he did Betty minutes before.
"I can't wait for tonight." flashing her white smile 
"Yeah, me neither. I got to run to class though to I will call you tonight." He says running through the gym door.
"Okay, talk to you then." Mary waves and walks to her history class.
